Ingredients :

Beetroots – 2
Basmati Rice or any other Long Grain Rice – 2 tsp
Butter – 2 Tbsp
Water – 3 Cups
Salt – to taste
White pepper Powder – as needed.

Method

  1. Wash and Soak Basmati rice for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel the outer skin of beetroots and grate them.
  3. Mix Butter , basmati rice and grated beetroots.
  4. Microwave the mixture on high ( 100 % power ) for 15 – 20 mins.
  5. Now add Pepper and Salt.

Note

Add more water if needed.

This Soup can be served as a whole meal for Weight Watchers.
