Ingredients:

To Activate the Yeast :

Yeast – 10 gms ( about 2 1/2 tsp )
Plain Flour – 2 Tbsp
Warm Water – 3 Tbsp

For the Dough :

All Purpose Flour / Plain Flour – 2 3/4 cups
Butter ( melted ) – 25 gms
Caster sugar – 1/2 cup
Egg – 1
Salt – 1 tsp
