HOMEMADE SELF RAISING FLOUR
All Purpose Flour / Plain Flour / Maida – 1 Cup
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Combine all the ingredients and give them a good whisk.
- Sift the mix twice.
Thats it!! You are done.
You can use Self Raising Flour in the place of All Purpose Flour in yeast bread recipes , but you’ll need to omit the salt.
