HOMEMADE SELF RAISING FLOUR

Ingredients :

All Purpose Flour / Plain Flour / Maida – 1 Cup
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients and give them a good whisk.
  2. Sift the mix twice.

Thats it!! You are done.

Note :

You can use Self Raising Flour in the place of All Purpose Flour in yeast bread recipes , but you’ll need to omit the salt.
